Carol Ann (Nunley) Young

After graduation from High School, Carol Ann attended and graduated from the University of Corpus Christi with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught school in Calhoun County for all her career.
Carol Ann married Ronnie Young and together they had one daughter, Shalene. She also adopted Ronni’s son from a previous marriage, Ronnie, Jr.
Carol Ann was diagnosed as a Juvenile Brittle Diabetic and lost her life in 1989, at the way-too-young age of 49.
