Glenn Stansbury

Glenn passed away September 8, 2005.
Information furnished by Bobby Joe Paul:
Glenn was one of my favorite people. He, Tommy Hines and I all landed in the Houston area and saw each other often on the golf course and otherwise. We celebrated our birthdays which were within four days of one another every year for over twenty years.
Glenn graduated from the University of Lousiana at Lafayette with an engineering degree. He loved the Ragin’ Cajun’s and really got a big blast the year they upset Texas A&M in football in 1996. Glenn was a project manager with DuPont and retired in the mid 90’s.
Glenn was married and had three children and several grandchildren. He was a very good Episcopal Christian and served for years volunteering as a counselor to prisoners at the Brazoria county prison farm and assisted the prisoners in finding a job after their release. Glenn was truly one of the good guys.
Tommy Hines and I still have our get together, usually on the phone to toast Glenn on August 8th.
